Child Safety Standards

PodToks has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to everyone who uses PodToks and to everything shared on it.

What is not allowed

  • Any content that sexualises, abuses or exploits a minor, real or fictional, including AI-generated content
  • Grooming: contacting a minor to build trust for sexual purposes, or asking a minor for sexual images
  • Sharing, requesting, linking to or trading CSAM
  • Sextortion or threats against minors
  • Content that promotes or normalises the abuse of children

PodToks is not for children under 13. Accounts we believe belong to children under 13 are removed.

How to report

  • In the app: tap ⋯ on a post, reel, comment or profile, choose Report, then Involves a child. These reports go to the top of our review queue.
  • By email: support@podtoks.com with a link to the content or account.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police. In the United States you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.

What we do

  • Our moderation team reviews child-safety reports as a priority and acts within 24 hours.
  • We remove violating content and permanently ban the accounts involved.
  • We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant authorities, and we keep the information required by law to support investigations.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement requests made through valid legal process.
