Delete your PodToks account

You can delete your PodToks account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open PodToks and sign in.
  2. Go to your Profile and tap the Settings icon.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Can't use the app?

Email support@podtoks.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my PodToks account”. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email address, password, bio and profile photo
  • Your posts, reels, podcast clips and stories, including the uploaded photos and videos
  • Your comments and replies, and your likes, saves and views
  • Your followers, following and block lists
  • Your notifications, push-notification tokens and the reports you sent

What may be kept

  • Copies in encrypted server backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.
  • Information we must keep to meet a legal obligation, or to deal with reports of illegal content such as child sexual abuse material, for as long as the law requires.
